2015 Champions For Youth Award Ceremony at Town Hall

Congratulations Gabby Matteis

The Look for the Good Project was able to surprise Gabby Matteis with the first Look for the Good Hero award, that took place during the Coalition for a Better Wallingford's Red Ribbon Week 2025 celebrations. Gabby THOUGHT she was presenting the Look for the Good Project with a $250 donation that she had raised by selling bracelets in her school... but the Look for the Good Project surprised her with a scholarship award instead!!!  The Look for the Good Project also provided her with a new computer for school, art supplies for Gabby and her sister, tutoring, and a college fund set up in her name. ​
