Wallingford Risk Behavior Survey
The Wallingford School Survey Questionnaire was filled out in 2013 and 2015 by middle and high school students.
It contained questions on:

- drug and alcohol use,
- thoughts of suicide,
- bullying,
- healthy eating,
- driving and
- students engaging in sex
2015 - Current Results
This is the most current and accurate version of the Wallingford Health/Risk Behaviors Survey conducted with our high school aged kids. We intend to further investigate cross-correlating data and welcome a dialogue concerning this data. The goal is to affect behaviors positively so high risk activities are diminished. We all play a role in this endeavor.
